My Pretty Payma’s lets for rental units are located in the center of the vibrant seaside resort on the eastern coast of Spain, providing easy access to Levante beach with its golden sand. This unit consists of two connected apartments that can be rented together or separately.
Living/Dining Area
The fabulous living room space of this twin apartment is the perfect setting for reveling in the Spanish morning, sipping some tea before setting out or for winding down after your day’s exploits. The room features a beautiful, purple and black solid to mixed print couch strategically positioned across from the massive sliding glass doors that gives way to the beautiful outdoor views of the city of Benidorm. The zebra print rug adds a dramatic touch of art. Featured also is a large flat screen television with satellite that is great for those days when the weather is not at its best. The air condition unit keeps the area nice and comfortable no matter the weather. The dining area also features a cozy four-person breakfast and dining table for enjoying your meals.
Bedroom
Bring the curtains down on your day with some serenity in this chic bedroom. The clean white walls give the room a lovely, inviting ambiance and is nicely accentuated by a subtle grey and white backdrop wall. A lovely wall hanging set over the beds display a city with hues of brown that works well with the pop of wood color from the side table. A touch of nature courtesy of the added plants and the beautiful natural light filtering through from the high windows adds to the tranquil feel of the room.
Kitchen
The kitchen is designed and equipped for your convenience and comfort. This includes conversation hatches with a barstool situ and all the basics you’ll need to prepare a lovely home cooked meal. Granite countertops and beautiful potted plants complete the homey look.
Bathroom
Enjoy the contemporary look and feel of this lovely bathroom, complete with beautiful glistening ceiling to floor tiling. The beautiful glass door sticker adds a pop of drama to the sliding shower glass door. The entire décor allows for an appreciative air of sophistication and relaxation after a lovely day at Levante beach. A shelf provides additional storage space for the odd bits such an iron.
